Phillip has had over a decade of direct mentoring and collaboration with Aaron Barbosa & School of Minstrels. He has a heart to see every church resourced with home-grown talent that can lift up an excellent music ministry in their community. One of the things we love most about Phil is his clarity and patience to see his students break past those barriers of learning. He has one of the highest retention and class completion rates, and we are proud to have him on board.

Aaron is the Director of Minstrels and creator of the MPAC Curriculum. He has taught literally hundreds of students that are now playing in their churches. We are humbled at the countless testimonies that trickle in every week of how Minstrels is blessings ministries all over the world.
